At Aroma City Township (a project by Basera Ventures LLP), shipping refers to the delivery of booking confirmations, allotment results, and refund-related communications.
Booking Confirmations are sent via email/SMS upon successful application.
Allotment Results will be published on our official website after the draw of lots.
Refunds for non-successful or ineligible applicants will be processed within 30 to 45 days of the draw, via the original payment method.
Any required physical documents may be dispatched via courier/post, based on applicant address.
